With sadness, but also with great respect, we remember Nenad Radulović, an academic painter born in 1947 in Nevesinje, who lived and worked in Vrsar since 1980. His artistic work was deeply marked by his love for Istria and the sea, clearly reflected in his rich body of landscapes, urban scenes, and maritime motifs, created in oil and acrylic.
His paintings are recognizable by their balanced composition, strong sense of color, and sincere perception of the surrounding space. A special place in the cultural life of Vrsar was held by his summer exhibition in the chapel of St. Anthony of Padua, which many visitors and art connoisseurs recognized as a valuable collection with a significant contribution to the visual arts and culture of the region.
