Nenad Radulović (1947–2025) was a painter born in Nevesinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina), who lived and worked in Vrsar since 1980. His devotion to Istria and the sea was exceptionally deep. His works depict various urban, maritime, and natural motifs, created in oil or acrylic, with a strong sense of composition and color.
His summer exhibition in the chapel of St. Anthony of Padua in Vrsar was recognized as a valuable collection of visual art, with notable significance for fine arts and visual culture.
