Golosa – Gourmet Interpretative Walk through Vrsar

"Golosa" is a specially designed premium experience that, through an interpretative walk, links gastronomy, nature and the cultural heritage of Vrsar. Through the story of the hazelnut and the local sweet amaretto, participants will uncover the rich agricultural and fishing traditions, picturesque viewpoints, the Kontija forest, the archipelago in front of Vrsar, and lesser-known but striking stories that make this region authentic.

This walk brings a carefully curated selection of salty and sweet bites at various locations, all connected by one local ingredient – hazelnut. Each gastronomic stop is part of a broader interpretation of the place and its history, making the experience not only delicious but also educational.
