Registrations for the rowing regatta must be submitted via the online application form (in the APPLICATION category) on the official website www.istriarowingcup.com
The registration deadline is 14th of February 2025.
Please make sure to fill in all the specified fields when registering.
Note: the organizer reserves the right to adjust the timetable and the number of teams according to the number of registered boats and weather conditions on the course.
The number of competitors from the same national federation or club is limited to 4 participants per category.
Clubs are obliged to appoint a delegate. The meeting of the Regatta Committee with the delegates of the participating clubs in physical form will be held in the rowing regatta area (Lim bay) on Thursday, 27th of February 2025. at 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, 28th of February 2025. at 4:00 p.m.
The stand (cage) for holding the boats is provided by the organizer of the rowing regatta. The stands (cage) will be under 24-hour surveillance during the rowing regatta for safety reasons.
All participants in the competition must be able to swim, have a medical examination and be insured, which is the responsibility of the applicants.
Medical assistance and rescue services provided for the competition begin 30′ before the first race and end 30′ after the end of the last race.
All participants in the competition participate at their own risk. The organizer, its associates and agents do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or accident arising from any reason before, during and after the competition.
