A spring evening filled with choral harmonies and the warmth of shared music-making heralds the beginning of a new cultural season in Vrsar
Set against the spirit of spring renewal and the refined beauty of vocal music, Vrsar once again becomes a meeting place for voices, tradition, and togetherness.
The “Pramaliće” Music Gatherings will take place on Saturday, April 11 at 7 PM in the Church of St. Mary of the Sea in Vrsar, a venue whose acoustics and atmosphere provide an exceptional setting for vocal performances.
For many years, the Mendule Choir has nurtured this event as a platform for bringing together vocal ensembles, choirs, and cultural associations from across Istria and beyond, creating an evening rich in musical diversity and a shared passion for singing.
This year, the performers are: the women's choir Mendule, the San Martino choir from Tar, KUD Mate Balota Rakalj, the vocal group Parentine, the Vladimir Nazor Primary School choir from Vrsar, as well as Petar Njegovan and Viviana Rogina Njegovan.
“Pramaliće” celebrates the arrival of spring, promotes a sense of community and joy, and marks the opening of the cultural events season in Vrsar.
