It is with great pleasure and pride that we invite you to the Day of Amaretto – Festa dell'Amaretto, which will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Degrassi Square in Vrsar.
The program starts at 12:00 p.m., and throughout the day you will have the opportunity to enjoy the rich program we have prepared.
Our event is dedicated to Vrsar amaretti, a dessert that has become a symbol of our town, and includes a variety of activities such as:
- Amaretto making workshops
- Guided amaretto tastings
- Tastings of hazelnut liqueur and various desserts
- Children's corner and art workshops
- Photo corner
- Music program: Febra band
- Concert Klapa Cambi at 6 p.m.
This unique event celebrates the tradition of making Vrsar amaretti – desserts that symbolize the cultural and agricultural heritage of Vrsar.
Amaretti, prepared with hazelnuts, are at the heart of this event that combines history, gastronomy and togetherness.
As part of the Amaretto Days, will be held – a GOLOSA gourmet walk that takes visitors through the hidden gastronomic treasures of Vrsar, exploring the richness of sweet and salty flavors, with a special emphasis on hazelnuts, a traditional Vrsar food from which Vrsar amaretti are prepared.
Golosa – A Themed Gourmet Walk dedicated to Vrsar’s hazelnuts includes six stops in the old town of Vrsar, where visitors, accompanied by a guide, will have the opportunity to taste dishes from local restaurateurs, specially crafted for this event:

Golosa is not just a walk – it is a gastronomic journey that offers visitors the opportunity to discover the authenticity of Vrsar through food, stories and history. The tour combines tradition and innovation, combining sweet and savory in an unforgettable experience.
The price of the gourmet walk is 49 € per person and includes guided guidance, one meal and one glass of wine at each gourmet point and a bag with promotional materials.
