You'll find all the charms of local culinary heritage in specially crafted menus at restaurants and taverns such as Maslina, Orca and Kantion showcasing authentic sea gems of Istrian cuisine. This unique gourmet event is based on traditional dishes, with this year's star and theme being "brodet," a traditional dish that brings together various types of fish, symbolizing the deep connection of our community with the sea, history, and culture.
