Today, Tuesday, September 3, 2024. at 9:00 p.m. at the Casanova Viewpoint, a screening of the documentary in English "Troublemakers: The Story of Land Art" will be held as part of the Montraker Sculpture School!
The documentary "Troublemakers: The Story of Land Art" reconstructs the origins of land art between the late sixties and early seventies and documents the exploration of artists such as Walter de Maria, Michael Heizer and Robert Smithson who crossed the boundaries of traditional painting and sculpture to intervene with their earthworks, monumental installations and large-scale interventions inserted into the boundless spaces of Southwest America.
The screening is free of charge and no prior registration is required.
