From May 2nd to May 16th, the 10th edition of the „Vrsaranske goložece“ / „Delicacies from Vrsar“ gourmet event will be held, during which five Vrsar restaurants will serve a menu of quality local specialties for the occasion.

Each restaurant offers two menus, meat or fish, consisting of three courses and a glass of wine from Istrian producers. The menu price is 25€.
Istrian tradition, combined with the creativity of Vrsar's chefs, awaits visitors in seven Vrsar restaurants and taverns: San Giorgio (Villa Vrsar), Goran, Kod Luce, Fančita, Konoba Riva, Skusha Local Fish, and Lovor Real Grill (Belvedere). You'll find veal cutlet with asparagus, octopus stew with polenta, tuna salad, bruschetta, tuna tartare, Skusha tortilla, špaleta (cured pork shoulder), fuži pasta with asparagus, and many other specialties. Of course, alongside excellent traditional dishes, there's also a glass of wine from the best Istrian producers."
