August opens on an active and festive note, bringing together sport, tradition and music. Visitors can cheer on participants at the recreational water polo tournament, experience the vibrant atmosphere of a folklore evening, take on the challenge of the Lim Bay Swimming Marathon, and round off the celebrations at the unmissable dance party featuring David Danijel.
Throughout August, visitors can also enjoy two Fishermen's Festivals, concerts as part of the Sea & Guitars Festival, the enchanting Vrsar Serenades, and the Istria in Vrsar event, showcasing local flavours, traditional products and the authentic spirit of Istria. The popular Casanova Tour will take place twice during the month, offering visitors the chance to discover the fascinating stories and heritage of Vrsar.
Families can look forward to children's performances every Monday on the waterfront, while active visitors can join morning seaside yoga sessions, free fitness classes and group running sessions. Free guided walking tours of Vrsar's charming Old Town will once again be available in both German and English.
