We would like to inform you in advance that construction works will take place during the summer season of 2026 in part of the Brostolade area in Vrsar, related to the construction of four residential buildings within a government-supported housing project.
The works will be carried out according to the following schedule:
15 July – 20 August 2026 - Complete suspension of construction works during the peak tourist season
20 August – 01 October 2026 - Continuation of works from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
The Municipality of Vrsar has approved the execution of these works, which are being carried out by the Croatian Agency for Legal Transactions and Real Estate Mediation (APN).
During the construction period, occasional increased noise levels and construction-related activities may be expected in parts of the Brostolade area, in accordance with the schedule stated above.
This is a public-interest and locally significant project aimed at providing housing solutions for local families.
