International fishing cup
On Sunday, October 11, 2026, the Koversada Cup will take place, a traditional fishing event that has been bringing together fishing enthusiasts, lovers of the sea, and people who enjoy good company since 1990.
The event begins with participant registration and an introduction to the designated fishing area. The competition is held in teams and is open to everyone, regardless of age or gender. Participants fish from boats in the waters off Vrsar.
Event schedule:
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM – FISHING
1:00 PM – CATCH WEIGH-IN & AWARD CEREMONY
The catch will be weighed and the winners announced in the immediate vicinity of the fishing pier.
Each team may submit a maximum of 30 fish. Special value is given to the Baraj, the symbol of the Sports Fishing Association, which is worth triple points.
The event concludes with the announcement of the winners and the award ceremony.
