During the summer months, the Montraker Sports Centre organises an open-air yoga programme designed for visitors and recreational enthusiasts who wish to relax, restore balance, and recharge their energy. Organised by the Montraker Sports Centre
Sessions take place in a calming seaside setting, at sunset, led by a professional instructor.
